Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of boost.nexorealm.org (the "Service"), operated by Next Boost ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Next Boost. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Let us know right away at support@nexorealm.org if you think your account has been compromised. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to farm points or manipulate the platform is not allowed and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
3. How the points system works
Points are earned by completing tasks and are used to post your own tasks or claim rewards on the platform. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted or removed by us if we determine they were earned fraudulently, through automation, or in violation of these Terms.
Point purchases are processed manually and reviewed before points are credited. We reserve the right to decline any purchase we're unable to verify.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or click farms to complete or generate tasks
- Create multiple accounts to earn extra points, boost your own tasks, or evade a suspension
- Post tasks linking to illegal, adult, misleading, or harmful content
- Buy, sell, or trade Next Boost accounts or points outside the platform
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users
Violating these terms may result in a warning, point forfeiture, or suspension of your account, at our discretion. If your account is suspended and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal via support@nexorealm.org or our Discord.
5. Third-party platforms
Tasks on Next Boost involve interacting with third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Twitch, and Twitter/X). You're responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of service when completing or posting tasks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
6. Payments and refunds
Point purchases are made outside the platform via PayPal and reviewed manually. Because points are credited only after a purchase is verified, we generally do not offer refunds once points have been credited to your account. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@nexorealm.org and we'll look into it.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@nexorealm.org. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we're required to do so by law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that tasks will result in permanent follows, views, or engagement on third-party platforms, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular growth outcome will occur.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Boost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of points, account access, or third-party platform actions taken against your accounts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
