How do I earn points?
Complete tasks posted by other creators — following, liking, watching, or joining — and you'll earn points automatically once the task is verified.
Why didn't I get points for a task I completed?
Points are only awarded after our automated checks confirm genuine activity. If a task looked suspicious (for example, too little time spent on the page) it may not have counted. Contact support if you think this was a mistake.
How long do point purchases take to process?
Purchases are reviewed manually and are typically approved within 24 hours of submitting your payment reference.
How do I report a fake or broken task?
Use the report button on the task itself, or contact support directly with the task link and details.
My account was suspended — what do I do?
